DP or Dire Points, is how you will keep track of the rank your Dire of Spáfold. Below is how each journal should be set up.
When you complete a level such as 200/200 = Omega [ ] please place an [x] in the box and put - Completed next to it so that way you know the levels you've completed etc. Please be certain to keep track of your DP because you can use it to redeem for fun items in the Spáfold shop!
Regular Levels
Below are the common levels. These levels are the MAX level your Dire can get too. It's YOUR choice should you choose to go onto the next 3 levels. After Alpha, your Dire will have ALL of his or her's unlimited breeding slots opened unless you get the trait BIG BONED which then grants your Dire the ability to unlock it's unlimited breeding slots early.
200/200 = Omega [ ]
400/400 = Beta []
600/600 = Alpha []
Bonus Levels
For each level after Alpha, you will need +200 more DP to go to Legendary, +400 more DP to go to God/Goddess and +200 DP to go to Immortal. You do NOT need to change your Dire's background unless you want too. Tail and Head levels will remain the same, so all you'll need to do, is open your Dire's PSD file and remove it's current background, save it as a PNG and then add it to the provided group backgrounds for the below levels.
800/800 = Legendary []

More than 50% of the Dire depicted.

Note: If your image is recolored art, divide your end total DP by two. Do the same for chibi art (see below for the rules on chibi art). These penalties stack, but round down to the nearest 1DP (or zero).
Literature
Literature can count for DP in both standalone works and in the description of art pieces. If your piece is primarily art or crafts but has a story in the description, simply add the HP generated from the wordcount to the total. In this case, only the art or craft would generate the bonuses below, not the added story. Standalone literature generates the bonuses below as normal.
Every 200 Words: 1DP
If it is a split-POV RP, discount your partner's parts if they do not contain detail about your character.
Crafts
Physical crafted items such as sculpture, bead work, felt work, plushies, etc. Must be of sufficient detail to count, and the horse's markings, mane and build must be recognizable.
First use of item: 5DP
Appearances in subsequent images: 1DP
Bonus Points
Once you have determined which category your piece falls under, it's time to start adding up the bonuses!
+ Background
Does not apply to literature, must be semi-complex to count.
Art Backgrounds: +2DP
Requires some substance to it (ground details, sky details, trees, rocks, etc), but does not have to be magnificent.
Craft Backgrounds: +3DP
Photo or drawn backgrounds with hand-made elements. Photos/handmade items must be your own; no stock. Pure photo backgrounds do not count towards backgrounds.

If your image is a show entry or rite (fertility): +1DP
In addition winning a placement is worth extra DP:
1st Place: +4DP
2nd Place: +3DP
3rd Place: +2DP
Grand Champion / Best In Show / etc: +1DP
