Strike System

 We operate on a three-strike system. One strike is considered a warning. Upon a second strike, you may be subjected to a temporary ban of one week. A third offense will result in your permanent expulsion from the group. Strikes may be appealed, however this may only be done by speaking to an admin.
In proven cases of harassment/bullying, strikes will be completely skipped and bans will immediately be implemented.

Respect

​

This is by far the most important rule of the group. You do not have to like each other, but you do need to act civilly. Essentially, remember the golden rule most of us were taught in school: do unto others as you would have done unto you. Failure to do so will result in an immediate strike. 

Respect

: A feeling or understanding that someone or something is important, serious, etc. and should be treated in an appropriate way.

 Above are the literal definitions of respect. Lack of respect is not placing expectation on your peers to act, react, or speak in a certain way. You can only control your own actions and reactions. Please keep this in mind before coming to us with a report.  If you feel that someone is being incredibly rude to you, please do bring it to our attention (with proof of the behavior) and we will address the issue from there.  

 

The Rules of Welcome to Spáfold are subject to change without warning. It's advised by both the owner and the admin team, to check back on a regular basis from time to time to make sure you're up to date with all rules and possible rule changes. Rule changes will also be posted in the Discord # Channels Channel.

Kindly note; Admins will follow the same rules as everyone else in the group. There will be no separated rules for the admins and no separated rules for the members. Everyone will follow the same rules. Admins will not be allowed to pull rules out of their rear ends just to suit their wants and needs.

1. Owner/Admins/Mods have FINAL SAY. If you're asked to STOP doing something, do it. Don't egg us on, to see what will happen. Friend or not, you will be muted (if in the Discord channel), or removed from the group altogether.

2. Please be courteous when talking to others in the group (via comments etc) and in the Discord channels. Remember not everyone can do amazing works of art or literature, so please be nice when giving opinions/critiques. This means, if no one asks for you to give an opinion or a critique, then please don't do so.

3. We're adults, and as such this is an 18+ group. This means, swearing is bound to happen in the Discord channels. However, we do ask that it be kept to a bare minimum! We don't want folks thinking we're heathens!

4. @ everyone comments should only be made if you can't get help in the # Questions channel of our Discord (coming soon!). You're welcome to tag admins in this channel if your question is urgent, but please do not DM (direct message) us, unless we have given prior consent.

5. While I understand the want to showcase your dires imports off on other websites, I ask that you not take official import images on our lines, offsite. Our lines, unless uploaded by a member of our admin team, are not protected off of DeviantArt. As such, please do not reupload the lines to your personal dA profile. Only upload pup designs, customs, and semi customs, to your Sta.sh and someone from the admin team, will upload it to our official admin page.

6. All artwork, ideas, literature, history, names and places, are pure fiction. Any similarities to persons or places in real life, are pure coincidence. As such, all artwork, ideas, history, names of places, people and dires, are copyright protected to Welcome-To-Spafold and it's owner, KhaleesiKiyiyaWolf. 

7. All artwork found within the group, either done by the owner, admins, mods, group members, or commissioned by the owner through other artists, are copyright protected. The theft of these works, is strictly prohibited and will result in a DMCA takedown and or a report to DeviantArt staff. Failure to take the art in question down, will result in legal action being taken.

8. Lastly have fun!  We're here to have just that! A fun time creating a beautiful world, built around an even more, beautiful animal, while helping each other grow in both our artistic skills and literature skills.

Please Make Note of the Following!

1. Each month there will be a 'cool down' period. This is an entire month, where nothing will be done. It will allow us to catch up on breedings, activities, and so forth. We ask that you be patient during this time as we will also more than likely be working on training new Mods for the team to help things flow more smoothly.

2. When you join, you will be required to keep a SP tracker for your import(s). You're more than welcome to split these trackers up so that way they don't break! You will also receive the following items!

x2 custom imports of your choice! (can be male/female, male/male or female/female)

x2 hand paints
x2 scar packs
x2 large items
x2 small items
x2 companions*
x1 breeding supplement

Please remember; Companions are still being ironed out. But we are open to suggestions, as long as they're realistic.

Buying/Selling Your Spáfold Dire

If you joined this group thinking you could get rich quick, than this isn't the group for you. We have a money cap on all our dires. What this means is, no matter how much artwork or how rare your dire is, if you bought it for $50 than that is all you can re-sell it for. This is literally a no discussion topic. This isn't a get-rich-quick group like some other breed groups out there, have become. Please bear in mind that nearly 99.9% of ALL costs concerning and pertaining to this group, will come out of the founders pockets. This means, I, and my team, are by no means, getting rich by doing this.

Please understand, that if you try to high ball your dire, I WILL find out and there WILL be consequences for such actions. These consequences can range from breeding bans, to a whole group wide ban.

Breeding auctions for genos are fine because these have no set price limit until sold. However, once sold, that geno can not be resold for a higher price tag. If it sells for $10 then it's resale value will be $10.
